Contribution / KRA - I work with the Products & Platforms group that owns Product Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Governance. My role involves in bolstering Accenture IPs, working on appropriate cost models, and Product Management of niche IPs. My focus areas being Accenture's Process Platforms &, Accentures Marketplace for all IPs. The tools are deployed in the Marketplace using Micro services Architecture. My work involves in ensuring scalability of the tools in a variety of platforms and becoming Platform agnostic. I have delivered a major M&A program for an European Telecom Networks Provider using Accenture's Intelligent Automation Platform. Subsequently I was involved in a Canadian Telecom Vendors Infrastructure Analytics using Elksearch. My proposal focused on Infrastructure Optimization, Capacity Management, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Log Analytics which would have an impact on the core Business Processes as well. Now I am involved in building a platform for Enterprise Programs in SAP & Oracle. This platform would bolster the Enterprise Suite Sales by enabling the consultants to perform Automated Enterprise Architecture Scanning & building appropriate business cases for the client.
